Disseminated tapeworms

I have had brain involvement for over a year now. I worked through the larval migrans, several filaral species, various hatchings, etc. No Ascaris thank god, I somehow managed not to get reinfected after my original parasite cleanse years ago when I was active posting. But now I feel a bit stuck with my current situation. About 6-8 months into my current effort, I felt the big ones move. Not big like Ascaris is big, but BIG, 6'+ maybe a few pounds each. Giant disseminated Tapeworms is my current model Dog or beef worms. I managed to kill one or two early on. They migrated through each inner shoulder and bulging into the neck and head. Initially I was able to shimmy them out, but can't anymore, unless I want to risk pulling on things that shouldn't be.. They are obviously hiding from my meds and those nassty herbs.

Anyone dealt with these?
