A fellow I know well, age 29, pitched his Cell Phone
3 months ago and has zero interest in using a Cell Phone
ever again. I can imagine if he pulls into a walmart parking lot---their security systems go crazy with fear that some adult "dare" come to a united nations world control center and not carry electronic identification. TODAY, finally after 25 years, wally world often has 1 lane that shows they "know" every item in your card, they know how much $$ you have on your credit cards---when you enter and when you lave through the gov door---they have for over 25 years---finally, today, they will permit you to fill your cart and shove that cart out their door---never talking to a human or opening your wallet---their "systems" will automatically deduct payment from your pocket. walmart for 25 years has the ability via WIFI to communicate with your common use products and one day hopes to "auto" ship to your house as your products tell them they need refilled/replaced.
This 29 year old is 1/2 white, 1/2 black, been poor all his life, but is "UNIQUE" as an American-------he works for a butcher as the 'kill" person, a job no one else will do or stays with, while he is not amish, but often amish men enjoy butchering because their dad taught them and they do it as a "heritage" job so they raise their own meats on their own farm. Where he works, they dare not allow him off work; they have no replacements, so if he takes a day, the company backs up, because they have no one that will do that job. The documentary foodinc.com shows that is a problem in North America---Americans as a general rule, can not work at such jobs "mentally" (anymore or physically for many)
His work place is so bad---they often can not even supply a "helper" for him, they force him to work alone and that job, is extremely dangerous.....not long ago, he had a 2,000 pound bull come back alive after it was hung upside down------killing a 2,000 pound + bull is something the average butcher shop refuses to do, because that is not only extremely dangerous---the weight alone makes it hard to handle---so most often the large bulls are sent to slaughter auctions where they are sold to fertilizer companies (they say).
So he has seen all sorts of cows / beef for 9 years-----------I told him I had a friend that was a mechanic for HIGH POINT BEEF 40 years ago---a company that long ago shut down.......he gave me a personal tour of where he worked and the first thing he showed me was these large totes LOADED with 500+ pounds
each of these large fist size "hard" purple lumps and he said that was CANCER that they cut out of the milk cows. He said the average milk cow was no older than 10 years old, that was back BEFORE the extreme use or hormones---I bet the same cows today are killed by age 5.
The fertilize truck picked that cancer up regularly ------this company received the cows as hanging 1/2's and did not kill the cows there------so all this cancer was on the hanging meat and on that given night, there was probably several thousand pounds
of cancer setting on the dock. The mechanic said 100% of the beef cut up at that facility was sent to kroger's through-out the entire country as Prime Beef.
Commercial milk cows end up at those types of facilities, while the private small butchers are more apt to slaughter farm raised cows around age 2 and occasionally someone brings in the old mother cows----but not "milk" cows. So I asked him if he sees cancer like that and he said, NEVER and rarely finds a piece the size of a walnut----YET, 40 years ago, back when there was far less drugs. far less poisons, less commercial farms----the cows MILK comes from---was loaded with cancer and people buying it as premium beef in commercial stores.....TODAY the mega dairy farms will have thousands of cows on 5 acres of land and a person has a full time job of vaccinating the cows and loading them with hormones so they produce an enormous amount of milk daily.
The 29 year old raises his own chickens, garden, fishes, hunts and only shoots small young deer as food and mixes his deer with HONEY, because he only eats deer as ground meat....he said those that eat the older deers / bucks are foolish and during deer season, they butcher hundreds of deer for hunters because cutting deer is more profitable than cutting up cows and pigs.
The cool thing---he can butcher a cow anywhere, with just a few essential items and cold weather. Old order AMISH have lived that way for centuries.......they wait till winter and then they harvest the ice off the ponds to fill their cold shelter (refrigerator) and they jar (can) all the meat.
Corruption is "everywhere"in the food industries and even in the small owned butcher markets-----YOU NEVER want to buy meats from a commercial store or dare buy form a fast food restaurant----unless you like eating tongues and hearts, brains, etc.
"IF" you want just "Beef", about the only way you can trust it today---is to not only raise it your self, but you need a person that will come to your farm and process it for you or learn your self.....because when your beef stays 2+ weeks at even a small facility----your never sure what your getting.
Someone that will actually kill cows/pigs daily as a job for years---is a rare thing in America today............one that does not own a Cell Phone
????? That is very rare----even the older order amish, today, can be contacted via a cell phone one way or another.....
When you buy meats from a store, a restaurant, etc. your getting a "commercial" vaccinated highly Genetically-Modified-Organisms
product and often, much more than you bargained for.....if you watch the old documentary about gmo corn / beef industry and can still eat a fast food hamburger........then the subject of clean food has no interest to you.
