Info from statistics is one in 5 adults has hearing problems and this is from all over the world. Many people and older folks and seniors are getting hearing aids to remedy the problem.
There is news from scientific journals and research about restoration of the ear and hearing. This news is still in the experimental stage and it concerns Notch Inhibitor drugs.
Notch Inhibitors are applicable also for cancer and in Alzheimer's disease.
The success from these drugs are really good and hearing is restored in animal tests.
Success using Notch Inhibitors in animals by the oral dose, however the animals showed signs of toxicity in various areas of the body.
There were trials on humans but not orally ( systemic) and this was only through passing the drug through the ear canal , the ear drum and inner ear but there is no news about success & according to research it needs time, maybe 10 years to 15 years more.
But 10 to 15 years is not really necessary because they are referring to Pharmaceutical Drugs and they have 15 to 20 drugs in their testing.
We are saying the 10 years are not necessary if the drugs were from nature and plants or herbs.
That's right, there are several herb constituents that have Notch inhibitor activity but these are ignored.
The Notch inhibitors in research are all non-natural, they are semi-synthetics and many drugs of these type have side effects that have to be resolved and that is the problem.
But our own research has gone beyond and we are aware of herbs with Notch inhibitors
and we can proceed with these because several Herbs from Traditional Chinese Medicine have been used for thousands of years.
