Yes,
I have talked to lots of people regarding the heavy metals/candida and tinnitus is not an uncommon symptom. It bothers some more than others. And after reading tinnitus forums saying it never went away it scared the shit out of me, especially when I didn't know about candida as it is a common reaction for me for foods that arn't part of the diet, which was most of the time. I got really anxious and depressed over it for a few months.
Mine has gone down considerably, but I'm still battling my candida (its only a matter of time, I'm starting to win). I used to need a fan to sleep. Now sometimes it takes a minute or two to find it.
I have read many posts saying it goes away after you deal with it. Even my functional medicine doctor I'm talking to right now thinks thats what its from and its going away.
If you havent been around loud music for several years (like being in a band) or had any traumatic ear issues. I would say its safe to say its the yeast. I had a bunch of ENTs tell me they didn't know why I had it and that my hearing was totally fine.
Tinnitus is what actually lead me to candida. I read a report from a tinnitus therapist and he said a big cause of it is yeast/candida overgrowth. I had tested positive for a candida IGG IGE IGM blood test a naturopathic doctor ran as part of a panel a week earlier. That night I got a bunch of stuff and started treating the yeast.
The best-worst part was during really bad die off new sounds would pop up. Theres always the high pitched one, but I actually got a few interesting sounds. Low pitch, and even sounded like ocean waves one time.
I imagine it has something to do with the toxins & your bodies response.
