You have to make sure it is food grade vitamin e 10,000IU (at least). It's typically in the vitamin supplement section in a small bottle, and use a sterile eye dropper.
I typically use 7-10 drops into each of my ear and hold my head down, until I can feel the vitamin e move around to my inner ear. If your ears get clogged you should definitely see a specialist. I had a really good specialist at the ear clinic that had monitors where I could see inside of my ear, and as he was pulling the wax out. So you may want to see the specialist first before you try the vitamin e in case you have wax buildup- which can also cause tinnitus.
