Stopping Lorsantan after 3 days
Hi All, I started Lorsantan 25 mg.and only took it for 3 days and just want to stop. Does anyone know if that is okay? Looks like it was the armour thyroid that raised my blood pressure. Many thanks for any thoughts.

For years I always had a slightly elevated blood pressure. I did not ask for treatment. In the past year it went higher. A doctor gave me a diuretic. He told me it had no side effects, but it did! I quit taking it. I happened upon some You Tube Videos on the motivationaldoc channel. He impressed me and i took his advice in many ways regarding high blood pressure. I can't even say for sure what helped the most, but the last time my blood pressure was checked it was normal.

      Hi TKE, I am new to the forum but have been reviewing your posts as well as the posts of a few other "posters". A friend of mine and I both have cataracts (although different ones from different origins and neither of us want to go the surgical route. My blood pressure was 180/110.

I tried everything including taking high dosages of Vitamin C, Cyruta Plus, Vitamin B. I have eaten celery, beets. I tried fasting. Fasting works but it takes more than 10 days. I have not gotten more than 4 days but I did see improvement. I like to eat so it's hard for me to last more than 4 days without eating but I am working on lengthen the fasting period.

I exercised almost daily and run at least 2 or 3 miles every other day. Sometimes I run 5 or 10 miles. Nothing worked except fasting. Even when fasting, i still go running and lifting weights.

I came across Mukta Vati. I bought it from Amazon for few dollars. After shipping, the total is $7. It worked. wow. I am still going to avoid sugar, carbs. I am a vegetarian so I am going to try vegetarian keto or fuhrman diet. Cut down Sugar or avoid sugar, carbs and oil. Eat whole fruits, vegetables, beans and other legumes, and whole grains.

And I am going to continue do intermittenent fasting or fasting.

  Hello. I would like to wish you good luck, because I think also that it's a good idea to reduce blood pressure consuming water. In this case this information may be useful for you:
  
  - You are encouraged to drink 1 glass of water a half-hour before eating and every morning on an empty stomach. It is very important to consume water on an empty stomach, because it cleanses the body very well.
  - If you have a problem with high blood pressure, you can also drink decoction with dogrose and green tea with mint, melissa or chamomile.
  - In morning you can drink tea and other drinks after water, but it is not recommended to consume it BEFORE.
