Re: Vision becoming gradually more blurred and faded

What therapies is he on for the liver cancer, specifically what chemo drug if any?

He was taking a drug to prevent metastasis, but I believe he quit it a couple of weeks ago due to finances.

Myrrh gum is a hyaluronidase inhibitor and therefore helps to prevent metastases.  It also kills cancer causing pathogens and boosts the immune system due to its polysaccharide content.  This will cover some aspects of the cancer but there are still many others that should be addressed especially with aggressive and advanced cancers.  These include blocking the lactic acid cycle, mitosis inhibition and angiogenesis inhibition.  If you want you can PM me with an e-mail address that I can attach a file to and I will attach my two page Cancer write up and send it to you when I get back on the computer, probably tomorrow.

He doesn't have any health coverage, so everything's paid for out of pocket. I've started him on an anti-cancer regimen as outline in "Cancer-Free" by Bill Henderson, and we're going to check up on things in a couple of months to see if anything's improved.

Look in to ozone therapy for the cancer.  It is the safest and most effective therapy I have found for cancer, especially for aggressive cancers like liver cancer.

Any suggestions on cost/duration of ozone?

Ozone kills cancer quickly, but you need to take it slower since dead cancer cells will constitute an infection in the body.  Therefore killing large amounts of cancer cells too quickly can be dangerous.  Figure on a month or two of treatments to make sure it is all gone.  Best thing to do is to buy a ozone unit that can be used for treatment.  It will be a lot cheaper in the long run.  Run a search for ozone on my forum and you will find all sorts of information:

Is it only swollen or red and inflamed?

Just swollen. I don't think he's had any swelling going on in the last couple of weeks. Also, his vision seems to have stabilized. Vision in his left eye is still very poor, but vision in his right has stopped deteriorated. I followed another member's advice and started him on capsules of saffron. Not sure if it's responsible, but I'm going to continue it for a while.

Good, this means it is not DVT or cellulitis, which is what I was worried about.  Swelling still has a lot of possibilities such as heart or kidney issues, lymphatic problems, valve damage in the veins or nerve damage.  The fact it is going down I would say it was likely from temporary nerve damage maybe from the medication.
