Thanks very much for your help. I too, gave up smoking after 37 years, about 3 and a half years ago. Like you it took me several times to do so, but I did it in a way that I invented myself and it was so easy I wish I had done it years ago. I used to smoke very heavily, but not cigarettes, as that was far too expensive, so I smoked tobacco.
Kudzu root extract? I will look it up on the net, as I know the name is familiar, but I can't get more than that out of my brain. I used to take chromium picolinate on previous diets (yo yo dieter) but didn't find it helped at all.
About five years ago I managed to eat very healthily (no sugar, no processed food, vegetarian, and a lot raw), loved my food, and lost several unwanted stones. I kept the weight off and carried on eating my healthy diet, but after another year I remember thinking that I wouldn't get fat again as I was in control. Famous last words. I had a small piece of chocolate and that was the end of healthy eating. All control went out of the window, and the weight flew on. So here I am back again, but thank goodness I don't have too much weight to lose this time. I have been managing to lose whilst losing control, and the other times eating healthily, but it is not a situation that pleases me. So I am fighting. So far today no problems, and the longer I keep of the
Sugar the easier it will be. Am off to check to see if I can get the kudzu in England. Thanks again.
