No( in fact western investigators are confused why we often find healthy specimans who have minimal intake of common concepts of amino acid needs , not considering the fact that many mammels eat only chlorophyll. Also for instance with the B12 thing, it is very rarely not found in blood labs, tho prescribed with certain benefits.(Which I equate to intestinal health, rather than lack of B12)
Yes, energy being abundant when the system is clean and little sleep is normal also, tho one will be ballancing,relaxing and revitalizing on a deep level either thru meditation or some process which has become part of the organisms natural daily activities.
Amount- After your stomasch shrinks down and after you have a more controlling relationship with its talk , very little food/fruit/vegtables does suffice well. A fruit shake w honey in the morning, or mabey 3 oranges or apples ect. Then for lunch the same. Tho not as a firm rule, keeping citrus and other fruit seperated, tho avocado is mixed with citrus. For dinner , mixed salad or a potatoe or just a honey drink. Very rarely a conventional meal at any time except special occasions when sharing time with others.
We do keep vegtables and fruit seperate by 8 hours or more , like a day of fruit and a day of non fruit.Tho again if you try to make it a stern/struggling discipline you usually make it an ego oriented venture and thus lose what one is really trying to gain. Which is to fuel up the vehicle and move on to more valuable activities.
So much of this is a mental orientation that untill we really work on understanding maturity ( which is more of a silent dynamic than a visable, physical discipline) we will usually manifest what has been called, lunch rightousness.
When you study how ATP is created and how its process' acutate you will be amazed that , as some have shared to the chagrin of others here, its actually more important to breath healthily and imbibe sunshine than to load up on carbs and proteins ect to have strong, staminiac ability.
For every 100 IronMan atheletes who follows the convewntinal dietary understanding, there is mabey 1 who breaks the mold and reveals how little our cultures know of our bodies needs and healthy eating.
It is to be understood that these changes or readaptions dont happen easily or quickly but the real is the real no matter what conventional wisdom says , so that if the unusual, seemingly incredable or seemingly stupid shows itself to be viable , we only help ourselves to investigate.
