I have been confused about some symptoms I have had for awhile, so I wanted to get some opinions. So, here it is. When I have to go to the bathroom (bowell movement), I get extremely exhausted, disoriented, confused and weak for an hour before and after. During the bowell movement, I feel nauseas, like I'm going to vomit. Sometimes I feel nauseas for an hour before and after the bowell movement too.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, around midnight or 1 am, out of a dead sleep, feeling like I'm going to vomit and need to use the bathroom. Usually I wake up burning hot, and then I'm freezing cold and have barely enough energy to get to the bathroom. Rotate between almost vomitting and bm, while my legs and arms are shaking visibly and uncontrollably. I feel really weak, like I'm drugged, and confused/disoriented, dizzy.
I am below normal body weight, so these issues aren't from being overweight.
Also have
food allergies and have only been able to eat basically grains and carbs the last few years, as I can't tolerate vegetables (cooked or raw), fruit, dairy, wheat/gluten, most meats, and the addititives and
preservatives in packaged food).
Other symptoms:
-ibs
-migraines that last for days
-confusion/brain fog
-1-2 crashes per day
-nausea
-hypoglycemia (I have to eat every half hour or so, or I get shaky and weak, then get nauseas)
-vitamins and herbs have the oppposite effect on me,
instead of helping, they make me feel sick
-anxiety (when I get nervous, I feel like I have to vomit or have diareha, or pass out with trembling legs)
-depression
-weakness/fatigue
-unrefreshing sleep, difficulty sleeping
-haven't been able to work for several years, and don't leave the house, difficulty showering, as it makes me weak and dizzy, near passing out.
-stress and loud noises make me weak and make me crash
-exaggerated startle reflex
-movement makes me dizzy
-sometimes have bone pain in wrists, back, thighs
-muscle pain in shoulders
I am guessing that most of my symptoms are due to a possible combination of Lyme/chronic fatigue/adrenal fatigue, but I don't know why I'm having so many problems with digestion and going to the bathroom. Most people with lyme and chronic fatigue do not have the same intense digestion/ibs issues that I've described. Does it sound like I have candida, parasites, or something else as well?
What is causing this degree of poor digestion/
food allergies /severe ibs, and what natural methods will help?
Thanks, everyone!
