Have you tried digestive enzymes with your meals? I'm wondering if your pancreas is inflamed. Pancreatic enzymes with meals might be helpful. Slippery elm, marshmallow root or comfrey root taken internally is soothing to the gut as well.

You can make a gruel with slippery elm or marshmallow powder and water and eat that like oatmeal and it will soothe any inflamed tissue. Or you could make a tea out of them. I'm currently taking comfrey root along with a dozen or more supplements to rebuild the cartilage in my left knee. Comfrey is very healing as well.
