Re: IBS/Digestion issues... what is going on here?

The foods you mentioned (corn chips, maple syrup, oatmeal) all make me feel more sane and calm, no bloating and no loopiness. When I don't have starchy foods, I feel out of sync and loopy, but that may be a hypoglycemic issue.

I am really intrigued that you think I don't really have candida that bad because I can tolerate these foods, and they make me feel good. It would be awesome to not have candida as bad as I'm guessing I have.

Interesting theory that I can't tolerate fruits and veggies because of the fibers. Speaking of fibers, I can quite easily ingest lots of black beans, chick peas and lentils, which have a lot of fiber, with no problems. Guess the fibers in fruits and veggies are different?

I haven't had any stool tests done to check flora. I did have a stool test that showed I had food allergies to gluten and dairy (which I already knew before the test.) This test also showed I have fat malabsorption. But beyond that, I didn't have more tests done.

I've not noticed any foamy or bubbly urine.
