Thanks for reminding me! I plan on writing down a list of things to "never forget". Things that I will write on this list include:
- Listen to other people more
- Go to sleep early every night except once a week
- Exercise every day, but never overdo it
- Get out more, spend less time playing video games, never play online poker again, watch less sports, watch less tv, read more, be the one DOING, go on hikes all over the place, go snowshoeing in the winter, go camping on mountains in the summer, have sex outdoors on these trips lol.
- Talk to people a lot more (this is what I especially want to do because it is really hard for me to meet people because I can't keep up with conversations because my brain is so slow - lack of T3 thyroid in the brain)
- Be nice to women, go after the ones who are very sweet/ a little shy, and talk to them and get them to open up a bit and have some fun (note, this may turn to "a" girl instead of plural "girls" lol)
- I kind of want to use my broadened social experience that adrenal fatigue suffering has given me to be able to relate to women better so I can be kind of a player (for a little bit), I wouldn't actually hurt a girl's emotions, just have some fun with a few, I haven't been sexually active in a long time.
- Don't waste time with people who can't sympathize/empathize with others, their time will come when they gain perspective in their life and soften up, but it is not my responsibility to do this
- Meditate, but not every day, just keep doing it, even if only 20 minutes a week
- Get a job with mediocre pay but that has real utility in the world and where I can interact with people a lot(....teacher...etc)
I am sure I will expand on this, I really want to make a long list of things and I want to read it like once a week and make sure my life is on track and that I am taking the things I experienced from suffering from adrenal fatigue and turning them into life lessons.
