I am so glad to see everyone dropping in and discussing things. NO. I have not tried flushing with castor oil or coconut oil nor eating a whole pumpkin, seeds and all.
And I've not had much luck with single bullet approaches, either.
As a strong advocate of the conglomerate method of parasitical warfare, I will say, unequivicably, and without a doubt, that adding Iodine to my protocol has made everything else I am doing work much better.
If I was going to recommend just one thing and one thing only, it would be Iodine... and bloodroot. Ha! gotcha. Just Iodine for most folks. For the sangrona, bloodroot too, as a last resort.
Rotating your rememedies is a good idea. There are literally thousands of herbs. Some are likely to work better for you than others. After trying several, there will be some that you will want to restock. Once you have several that you keep in stock, you can mix and match them, creating your won formulas.
Regarding opportunistic co-infections, viruses weaken the immune system and make it more difficult for your body to rid itself of funguses and bacteria. Some parasites, such a protozoas, are dependent upon hormones. When I was still menstruating I would get a yeast investion every month a few days after my period left and before I ovulated. After ovulation, the yeast would die off and I would get haemopholis (aka vaginitis, when my period started, the haemopholis would die off and I would have several days of perfectly clear vaginal fluids. I could predict, depending on the time of the month, what the doctors would find if they did a pelvic exam. This is an example of how your body uses cooperative infections to achieve homeostasis, I suppose.
I'm sure Newport knows lots more about co-infections than me. It is my understanding that people who have chicken pox when they are kids often get shingles when they are adults. Is that a co-infection? Seems like the child hood viruses also tend to give people back trouble when they grow up if they don't get them out of their system. It's all pretty complicated. Right now I'm just wanting to get rid of all the floaters, the polyp on my gall bladder and the calcificatoin dome at the top of my liver.
Have you read Parasite Rex? I highly recommend it.
