"Haha, just wanted to share that I was banned from the
Iodine forum because of my posts here. Anyone else think that's a bit far? All I did was defend myself and my position (and last time I checked people were allowed to disagree) and I'm banned from a completely different forum? What exactly do my posts about my alcohol relapse have to do with the
Iodine Forum ? Makes a lot of sense eh? :\ I never once have been rude or unkind in the
Iodine forum and always tried to be a positive, active contributor. I was asked by a friend to share here that this it the sort of schoolyard bullying that's going on. Agree and they will be your best friend, but disagree and I guess you are shunned. Maturity at it's finest! :)"
I banned you.
It was not because of your posts "here", rather, becuase, I wanted to; you originally posted in the
Iodine Forum , and I determined that your reported stories of multiple sex partners and continued abuse of federally-scheduled controlled substances were repugnant to a forum that is focused primarily on iodine-related topics.
So I moved the posting "here" to the druggie forum where it belongs, because whether you realize it or not, you are in the drug-seeker catageory, even though you may be having a temporary reprieve.
I hope that clears things up.
I suggest you get some drug counseling ASAP. Get around some other people, professionals, who have experience with these matters, and trust them. A bunch of internet personna, some of them possibly mentally ill, is not a good resource, IMO. I seriously doubt you can kick this by yourself, very very few ever do. That is why places like Betty Ford Hospital exist. If it were easy, we wouldn't need such places. Substance abuse cuts across all social barriers, economic status, etc. You can nip it in the bud now, or else watch it slowly grow.
