Though it may offend you, I am going to suggest that you look into ingesting your own urine.

You will find a lot of information about topical application but I'd stay away from topical massage because I did that with a sore and it made it worse.
If you go the UT ingestion route, I'd give it at least 30 to 60 days to see benefits, but they'll probably show up long before that.
