Since I started this, I'm waking up without an alarm clock at 5am. I noticed my oil pull didn't take long to get thin; I had a lot of saliva in my mouth. I'm still pushing out stones. I pushed out two old stones that were at least 1in long. I saved one of them. I woke up with BO under my left armpit. Its getting less and less. And, my oh my, did that garlic kick in. I prefer to take the bath at night and shower in the morning. Since I insert the garlic at night & sweat a lot during my sleep, its best I take the bath in the morning.
I took a detox bath this morning. The bath felt really hot on the soles of my feet, yet the rest of me was able to tolerate the heat. I did sweat more with this bath than with the others. Also, I have a bit of a headache. I had a piece of fruit, and I'm drinking lots of water.
Afternoon:
I had the best lunch . . . a big bowl of my favorite veggies. I dipped them in pumpkin oil. OMG, it was so good. On Sunday (hopefully my chicken will be defrosted by then), I'm going to make Roasted Garlic Chicken and Roasted Veggies. I bought a roll to have with tea this afternoon. I wish I discovered Coconut Oil years ago. Its very tasty on bread.
I noticed that I'm tasting veggies like never before. I don't have a desire for sweet things. My period is next week and so far, I'm sticking with my plan. I admit that I'm craving carbs & salt (as usual), but I satisfying those cravings with plantains, sea salt, good oils, and good veggies.
Evening:
I'm spending the evening get ready for my business trip. I have some cleaning to do. I'm alreay packed. I just have to run to CVS and pick up some travel size toiletries & Glad 1/2 cup containers for my oil pulling oil and VCO. I'm having spinach w/ garlic & olive oil and plantains for dinner. I treated myself when I came from work, I had some MC lemonade w/o the cayenne.
