Day 5 - I Did it!!
I ran the full 10 minutes, it wasn't difficult.

I woke up this morning hot & sweaty with bad bo. I don't know why this is going on. I think it has something to do with my body getting rid of toxins. My body is craving salts & fats. My period is due in 2 weeks. Despite having a bad meal tonight, I'm going to try to deal with this on other days by adding unrefined salt & good fats to my diet. Usually, I would have burgers & fries almost everyday.
I ran the full 10 minutes, it wasn't difficult. I'm running at a 5.0 pace. My goal is to run the 5k at a 10min mile.
I had some plantains dipped in Pumpkin Oil for breakfast. Very tasty. I'm drinking lots of water.
I have some chores to do. When I'm done, I will take my detox bath.
Afternoon:
I made 2 28oz servings of MC lemonade. I'm considering doing a 24 hour fast starting tomorrow morning. Also, I wanted to use the rest of my maple syrup. I don't like to waste food. Also, I don't this is what caused the candida that I'm flushing out. Its been years since I had a sweetener in my house. I bought this to do the MC, however, I think I will do that without sweetner or do another fast (like VCO milk or just water). I took a 2.5 hour nap this afternoon. My body felt a little drained. 30 minutes before my bath I had a coconut milk P&B shake. My bowel movements seem to occur right after I eat something. Also, its very loose. I haven't had any ES today. I did drink 8oz of that salt water drink I screwed up. I don't think that is the reason. I think my system is finally "up to date" re: moving waste, so I don't need 3 capsules any more. I'm going to bring it down to 2 capsules this evening.
I woke up after my nap craving protein & water. I had a cup of steam shrimp and 1/2 of an avocado mixed with salt and chopped garlic. I also swallowed a whole clove to help kill of the candida overgrowth.
