Week 1 - The Plan
I started my 15 week training program for a 5K today.
Date: 11/28/2006 10:37:11 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2269 times I started my 15 week training program for a 5K today. This week I have to run 10 minutes for 3 days and 1 mile on Sunday. I'm allowed one rest day. I will take my dog on long walks and weight train on the remaining two days.
In addition to the training, I'm giving up one/two new things a week. This week its COFFEE & ALCOHOL.
This is my routine for the week (11-28-12/5):

P&B Shake made w/ 1/3 cup of coconut milk, 1T of coconut oil, & 2/3 cup of water
Food For Life English Muffin w/ 1T of Organic Cream Cheese & Ginger Tea
8oz of ACV Drink (water, 1TBS of ACV & .5TBS of Maple Syrup) w/ 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
Lunch: Protein & 1-2 servings of Veggie
ACV Drink w/ 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
Mid Afternoon: Fruit; Handful of Pumpkin Seed & Clove Mixture; Ginger Tea
Dinner: Protein & 1-2 servings of Veggie
Digestive Stimulator Caps
I have plans on Wed. & Sat, so I will likely eat less during the day (maybe just drink liquids).
Water: 64oz. This is in addition to water that I will drink while running, after my P&B shake, used for tea & ACV Drink.
Extras: Biotin, Saw Palmetto, Ginko Biloba, 1 multi, Vit. E, Pinch of Epsom Salt is added to my meals; Epsom & Baking Soda Detox Bath every other day
