Date: 11/28/2006 6:25:52 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2221 times I ran 10 minutes this morning . I had to walk for 1.5 minutes. I will try to run the full 10 minutes.
I didn't take the Digestive Caps last night. I had a "Last Meal" last night. As a result, I'm beyond bloated and full of stuff. I drank almost a gallon of water. Nothing has moved. I don't want to go to bed withot moving my bowels. So, I drank a ES solution. I'm hoping this will get things moving in the next 2 hours.
I noticed today that I am passing yeast via my urine. I'm hoping the cayenne, pumpkin seeds and cloves will help me pass parasites/worms. I plan on adding Black Walnut and Oil of Oregano. I just cannot afford to buy more stuff.
Overall, the diet was okay. I will go one more day on it. If I feel full, I may remove the lunch meal and have a "shake" or lemonade beverage. I'm very happy that I'm eating fruit again. I had part of a pomegranate.
I'm going to eat dinner in 30 minutes. And then jst relax.
