Day 3
Yesterday, I did my workout - 5min walk, 10 min run/walk then 2 minute cooldown. I have to do the same thing on Sat. On Sun, I run 1 mile.

My bowels are moving nicely. I'm taking the caps before bed and drinking 2 P&B shakes. I think the ACV drink is causing bloating. So, I'm going to go a few days without it to confirm my suspicion. I will use the ACV in my detox baths and on my face. I'm going to follow the water cure to see if that helps the salt cravings.
I noticed a pimple on my right arm after my 2nd detox bath. I was still very lightheaded after the bath. The eczema patch from the previous bath is fading away. Also, I didn't have the itching I had after the 1st bath.
My scale is acting up. I think it needs a new battery. Thus, I have no clue what I weigh. I will get a measuring tape this weekend. I will just take my measurements through out this plan. I will also measure my BF%.
As I mentioned in the OP forum, I discovered Pumpkin Oil. Its so tasty. I threw out my cream cheese. I dipped my English Muffin in it. OMG, its so tasty. I had lunc at WF. I think my body is craving Salt & Fat. I added bacon to my salad, artichokes mixed with OO, a med. cod dish. Overall, it wasn't too bad. But, it was too much. I had Brussel Sprouts and some plantains for dinner.
