Thinking about going to a Napropath. Anyone with any advise or experience with a Napropath??? The back pain I have has heightened the last few days. I have to wonder if its from the cleanse?
Anyway, I am seriously thinking about breaking this fast a day early. I am giving up on the thoughts of eating BBQ at my company picnic, however I do want to go out to breakfast on Sunday with my kids for Father's Day.
People I know keep asking me if I would recommend the MC. I really don't know what to think. I have yet to experience the "good" feelings that supposedly come from this cleanse. In fact, despite a little extra energy and some lost weight, I can't really say that the cleanse has done anything but made me feel hungry.
I have not smoked cigarettes in a week. That is a big deal, and I haven't had a hard time with withdrawal. I think the constant thoughts of food have helped curb the nicotine fits.
So, I guess I would say to people, if you need to quit smoking try this cleanse it will help. Otherwise, I would say don't necessarily believe the hype. You will be hungry. And its no guarantee that you will feel awesome as a result of the fast.
Just a few more days to go.
