THe last two days were rough, in terms of fighting off the temptation to eat. My wife and I went to this Ice Cream joint that we like. I watched as she ate deep fried mini-tacos and a peanut butter sundae as I drank water. That sucked.
I really wanted a Chicago style hot-dog with the works, rolled in bread crumbs, deep fried and then smothered in cheese sauce.
Or Texas style french fries with covered in chilli, bacon, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
Oh well only 5 more days to go and they are all work days.
Question for the experts. Friday of this week will be my last day on the cleanse. Saturday is my company picnic. We are having BBQ pork chops and chicken with Corn on the cob, and potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, and ice cream. Plus all the beer you can drink. I want to partake a little on these treats.
Bad idea? What can I do to make it work?
