Every cell in your body remembers your courage, and what it takes to actually DO it. Every cell in your body is celebrating, glad to be alive!

I don't care what day of the week it is today, or what your weekend experience was, you now know, for all time, what you PREFER! And it feels great!

Celebrate your success! Tell yourself what a champion you are! Love yourself, out loud! Find new words to appreciate yourself every day! Plan ways to reward yourself with activities you've always wanted to do! Journal only successes...there is sunshine in even the darkest day.

And get a little sunshine on your skin every day, it makes all kinds of good things in you. Check your neighborhood for organic growers and buy or trade for vegetables that will knock your socks off.

Every organic grower needs appreciation, a helping hand, and help eating their produce...believe me! They won't mind a bit if you take your shirt off for a few minutes, and they'll love your laughter.

Most especially, find seniors who love fresh produce from their own uncontaminated back yard, or front! You'll be their hero! You'll be your own hero!

You've found the secret to happiness. Enjoy yourself!
