The Master Cleanse is my Saturday night date
Having found Molasses more to my liking than Maple Syrup I may go past the 10 day mark.

I am in the Hamptons for the weekend and ran out of Maple Syrup so I went to the health food store/restaurant where I often shop. They were out of Grade B! Is everyone doing the MC? What’s going on? I’ve bought it there before. So as a substitute I bought Wholesome brand Molasses (blackstrap). Maybe I will like this better anyway because I found the Maple Syrup too sweet. It'as also a lot less expensive.
I made it through Friday nights Art Opening at the Nightingale Gallery, luckily like most Art Openings there was no food just wine (Yippee.) It was hard giving up the Friday night dinner invitation, especially since my friends were offering to take me but alas I said no. What did I say in yesterday’s blog…oh yes that it will all be worth it. It's seems that it's only when I fast do I get dinner invitations.
Day 10
I also made it through Saturday night. I had a few parties to go to and took the MC out with me in a plastic bottle. Everything was fine until we got to a trendy nightclub where they would not let me in with it. Luckily one of the owners who happened to be there knew of the MC. And thus the red ropes were parted for our new best friend. I think I may go past 10 days, which will be a first for me. I like the Molasses better than the Maple Syrup which was too sweet.
