Chocolate Smooth Move
Chocolate Smooth Move is not as bad as regular SM, but not as good as real chocolate (something I LOVVVVE). Obviously it's not made with real chocolate.

OK well it's not as bad as regular SM, but not as good as real chocolate (something I LOVVVVE). Obviously it's not made with real chocolate. In tomorrow's blog I will list the ingredients just in case anyone is wondering. Now back to dissing the taste of regular SM.
Like so many others I hate the taste of it. Back in October during my 3rd fast I had a boyfriend, Tom, who said the taste was not so bad. Well, I got rid of him fairly quickly. OK maybe that's not really fair of me, we did not break up because he thought the taste was not so bad. I imagine there are others who feel the same way :)
For anyone who read yesterday's blog you know I tried the salt water shot and it did not work. This morning I went back to my routine of the SWF and it worked out just fine. It took a little longer to get moving, but I did not have to spend 2 hours running to the bathroom. Instead the whole process took about an hour. I am debating trying the tea tomorrow morning instead of the SWF. All the best to you. Good luck and stay strong.
