Chocolate Smooth Move + Yoga = Salt Water Flush
Giving up a party or dinner with friends will all be worth it in the end, believe me this is my 4th MC.

Senna leaf 1,080 mg. Proprietary blend: roasted breadnut seed, licorice
root, cocoa seed dry extract, roasted carob pod.
Day 7 was really tough for some reason. I got up in the morning and the Chocolate Smooth Move (CSM) was already moving me. Still I did the SWF which also moved me only not as much as on prior days. I had been avoiding parties to avoid temptation. But Thursday evening there was something I really wanted to go to. Well, the h'orderves looked soooo good they were really hard to pass up but I did. I just kept going back to the bar for bottled water. I was invited to Rothman’s for dinner after the party which I turned down. It’s supposed to be a really good steak restaurant however, I’ve never eaten there. After that all I could think about was eating food. It was really the first day of my fast that the thought was so prevalent.
It’s now Day 8 ½ and I feel pretty good. I had the CSM last night. I think a good trick is to really let the tea bag steep in hot water a covered cup for at least 15 minutes if not longer then chug it with your eyes closed holding your nose. This morning I got up and once again like the yesterday I was able to move my bowels with the SWF. Only this time I opted not to do the SWF so I could get to Yoga class. Maybe Yoga is a substitute for it. I had to use the bathroom twice during class and once after. So, the CSM really does work and better than the regular SM. It’s got to be because of the added ingredients. Tonight I am passing up dinner with friends as well as tomorrow and I think if I can make it through this weekend I may go past the 10 days I originally planned for. All the best to everyone reading this. Have a great weekend knowing that, at least in my case, the sacrifice of a few missed dinners or parties pays off in the end.
Just to add a disclaimer I do not work for Chocolate Smooth Move nor do I own stock etc :)
