Hamburger Soup - Italian
A family favorite in the cold weather - Guests love it!

2-3 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Quart (4 cups) Tomato Sauce (about/can use tomato chunks)
1/2 Large Onion
4 Medium Potatoes
5 cups Water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 TBS Italian Seasoning
Boil Water and Tomato Sauce, add Bround Beef (break it up in chunks). Add Salt, and cook until Beef is mostly done, add everything else and cook until the Carrots and Potatoes are soft.
* Vegetarians may ommit the Hamburger for a delicious Italian Veggie Soup!
