eft, wanting to snack
Date: 10/28/2005 4:02:23 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2243 times Yesterday I dropped a heavy jar on my toe. I tapped immediately and it didn't seem to help much. The pain didn't seem to go away any faster than normal.
But today I have done some tapping for anxiety and emotional issues. Several things have combined today to where I just want to find something to snack on. I'm not hungry. I'm sad, bored, anxious about the fitness center closing, rebellious, confused about what I should do, yet wanting to stay on track with disciplined eating since its been just a few days after finished the lemonade fast/cleanse.
Those were the thought I tapped about. I really like the method of tapping where you just vent and discuss how you are feeling and while talking, tap right along with it. Its much easier and seems to work just fine.
I didn't have any snack. I'm still not hungry and no desire to eat until I am.
