One thing on here I really like is tapping for constricted breathing. Everyone for every occasion could be helped by this. You take 2 or 3 big breaths. Then evaluate at what level is your breath. I don't feel I have any constricted breathing - but I still just intuitively rated my breath as a 8 or 9. Then we just did the setup and tapping on the KC point. The improvement was very subtle - very small, but still noticeable. I wonder how much it would be for someone who rated their breath at a 5 or 6. It would be so nice.
I'm teaching some chair yoga this week to the teachers at a break for inservice. That's going to be the first thing we do.
Just a few nights ago I was experiencing some cramps of my own. I don't have much pain anywhere, so I got to practice on myself. This was mittleschmertz (pain in the middle of the cycle) and so I was glad to feel it and almost did not want to have it go away. But anyway, - I learned that my "point" was under the eye. So maybe in the future, if I need to, I would only use the under the eye point. We'll see. The pain diminished immediately when I got to that point.
