EFT, money anxiety

We have been remodling the basement and its required us to borrow some money to complete the task. Along with that and the huge increase in gas prices and anxiety about things because of recent hurricanes that will affect the whole country - I have been anxious about the budget and family spending. I have wanted to really clamp down on any spending but basic needs - and yet I know in my head the truth to the philosophy that worry about money issues is counter-productive. So I have had this argument going on in my head. I knew it needed to be fixed. Tapping is just the answer. It took me a while to finally getting around to it. I'm not sure why. Anxiety kind of freezes you. So I tapped for being anxious about money and about borrowing and about the high cost of gas.

Its been a few weeks since that time and we have had another paycheck come in. I was surprised and disappointed that we are in the same position. I paid all the bills and there is only a few hundred dollars left over to get us thru a whole other month. But - there was not the tremendous anxiety about it. I was able to see we had a problem and because I was not so anxious, I was able to see a few options that were all acceptable. And we chose one and life goes on. We will be careful with spending but I won't be upset with every dollar that leaves the house.

In my yoga class an older woman has athritis and a frozen shoulder that she cannot raise her arm up more that just horizontal with the floor. She has had some surgery and things. I did just the basic shortcut with her and there was no change in pain or how high her arm went. There was not time to look into any reason why there was no change at all.
