eft bashed hand

This morning I was pulling up the stopper on the bathroom sink and my hand slipped off so with full force I bashed the back side of my hand against the bottom of the mirror. Immediately it hurt and stung and began to turn red. It had a tiny cut too. I watched it and felt the pain coming on. It seems that if I had not done anything, this bruise and pain would last for 3 or 4 days. I began tapping the regular places then stayed on the gamut spot for the longest time. Very gradually over a minute's time the pain lessened and the swelling discontinued. The redness didn't spread anymore.
I tapped more in the next 5-10 minutes especially on the gamut spot.
It is now 8 hours later and even when deliberately pressing on the spot there is no pain. Just a little red spot where the cut was. This is better and faster and cheaper than arnica.
At sports and fitness today G came for a few minutes to warm up before his weight lifting. He had sore shoulders from his workout yesterday. He felt it as he did arm circles. So we tapped one round and the soreness was gone.
I am starting a lemonade cleanse/fast for the next few days. I will be tapping for increased activity and function in my liver.
