Other detox procedures:
______________________________________________________
Psyllium seed husk & bentonite shakes (used mostly in conjunction w/ cof en)
Coffee Enema (as needed, probably once this week for good measure)
H2O2 Enemas (used food grade hydrogen peroxide)
Skin Brushing (used right before IR sauna)
Infrared Sauna (as needed, usually once every day or two)
Ginger Bath (once a week)
Stamina Electrolytes (as needed, with heavy sweating)
Rebound
Waterpik
Sunshine (when available)
Dandelion Tea and/or Green Tea
I'll add more as I think of it throughout the week. I'll be trying to up my ratio of raw to cooked and move closer to a juice fast. No guarantees that I'll get there. I'm feeling so good most of the time that I don't want to detox too much and develop a healing crisis this close to my big day. I now have major hope for the future like I have not had in a long time.
Saturday Update (April 9):
I have been doing pretty well with my protocol, except for Thursday, when I only got some sun and drank dandelion tea. I ate a bunch of processed foods, and nothing that was really especially good for me. My day started out great, but as the day progressed, I really felt poorly because of my indiscretion. My guts ached and I had severe gas pains. However, I do have some extremely good news to report. When I follow my protocol, all pain disappears. I have no gallbladder, breast, underarm, spleen, colon, or kidney pain. Well, if I concentrate hard enough, I can still feel a slight bit of the kidney pain. Now, keep in mind that this could also be directly related to the liver flush that I did nearly a week ago, or at least partially attributable to it. And even more than everything I am doing, I believe that prayer is making a huge impact on my health. I think, though, that in the protocol, I have found a winning combination that my body is readily responding to, and I am happy to be moving forward toward total health! I took pictures of my teeth today and I may post them at a later date with before and after shots.
Tuesday Update (April 12):
I finally had a coffee enema yesterday and subsequently suffered with an irregular heartbeat. I don't know exactly why, and therefore, I have decided that I will not take any more coffee enemas at all until after my amalgam removal.
