Travel plans finalized.
This post talks a bit about how the diet changes have helped my sleep. I also list what I ate, what I did yesterday.

I woke up this morning feeling refreshed. My body is already appreciating the stepped-up raw and diminished cooked foods. I only had a small amount of GB pain this morning. I am amazed at how much more easily I have been able to fall asleep these past few weeks, since I changed my diet in February! I wake up almost everyday feeling more refreshed than I have in a long time. I sleep more peacefully and deeply without waking up three or four times in the night and struggling sometimes for hours to get back to sleep. I haven’t had nightmares for awhile. I didn’t keep track of them, but I used to have disturbing dreams—or at least vivid dreams—almost every night. I cannot remember when I last had one. I just know that I had a good share of them in February. I also need less sleep!
I am getting nicely browned from my frequent lounges in the sun. I like what I see and I like how I feel. Plus, I will have some natural protection from sunburn by the time I get to San Diego. You know I won’t be able to resist the beach while I’m there!
A Curezone friend gave me a bit of interesting feedback on one of my posts. Very supportive, validates some of my concerns. We’ll see how it all pans out, and if my fears were in any way either unfounded or justified. Only time will tell. And, of course, you will have a front-row seat as it all unfolds. I believe that this time next month, I will have only great things to say. I have read testimony after testimony now dealing with Dr. Morales, and they have all been positive!
What I did yesterday:
I ordered some supplements online from Vitamin Cottage, including Ionic Selenium, Megazyme, Barley Grass Powder, Wheat Grass Powder, Lecithin, Calcium citrate powder, Mag Citrate powder, and Evening Primrose oil. I will be adding these to my daily routine when they arrive to help support my gallbladder and prepare my body for my big day.
I secured my reservations for room and car. This takes a load off my mind. All of my plans are set, except for researching wonderful and beautiful places to visit while we are in San Diego! Of course, I will visit La Jolla where I will take a long walk along the edge of the US and watch a gorgeous sunset and suck in lots of negative ions.
What I ate (yesterday):
Colloidal minerals
Milk thistle
taurine
malic acid
b-50 (multi b vitamin)
A good dose of afternoon sunbathing
Orange
Dandelion root tea with a smidge of Silk hazelnut creamer
Raw cauliflower, carrots, and tomato with Annie’s Naturals French Dressing
Banana
Homemade fried rice, made with brown rice, peas, onions, garlic, eggs, flax seed oil, and raw almonds
One slice of ham pizza in a moment of weakness. (It is so hard to live in a house with a 17 year old son who is always popping pizzas in the oven! Sometimes I can resist, sometimes I don't do so well.)
