Hello All, I got a very unpleasant surprise when I went to the bathroom. I am spotting. It's not a nasty flow or anything but I was just surprised. Well no... I shouldn't be. I had four cups of coffee thursday night and I'm almost positive that's what brought this on. I have a little 'sensation' in my belly and I'm a bit on edge today. Plus I yelled at my mom, another way we women rebel against out wombs. We fight with our mothers. Anyway, I am making myself some red rasberry tea and am going to fast tomorrow. I'll be home and think I want to spend the day in bed.

I ate a veggie patty but for the rest of the day I'll be juicing. I have carrots, cucumbers and green powder.
