21 day fast and mood diary

I started a 21 day fast today. All that caffeine I've had through the years has taken its toll. Doing a 21 fast is a must if I ever want to become a Heal Thyself certified ambassador of wellness and health. Also, I was reading in Queen Afua's book that whenever you are embarking on a new chapter in your life you fast. I have a CNA exam next week friday I am very concerned about passing.

Later tonight, I will post my juice formulas and what I am using for this fast. I am not doing it to lose weight so much as I am doing it to purify my system and get ready for a raw food diet.
