End of the day wrap up

food and mood diary, period report and preparations for baptism in the Atlantic and colonic

Food diary: I ate a slice of atlantic salmon because it was there and I hate wasting food :D No coffee still and I'm very happy. I am achieving one of my main goals and that was to get off coffee. I ate a veggie patty. No more eating for the evening. I'm having a cup of smooth move tea tonight.

Mood diary: fair, not tired even after eating the slive of fish and one veg patty. Mellow..

Period Day #2: Not much cramping. I notice that after I eat cooked food, I get a little cramping in my uterus.

Tomorrow morning I am waking up early to go baptise myself in the ocean and dedicate myself to purification of the body, mind and soul. I am getting my first colonic EVER tomorrow morning. Expect a full report tomorrow evening.
