session was okay, getting over my depression

My therapy session was pretty good, but very heated at times because I was very upset. I didn't like to hear that I've become super critical like my mother. Afterwards I was very upset, and ate a salad from Wendy that had cheese in it. Oh well. I look at it as a positive that I didn't drink any coffee or eat any junk food or order any of the Wendy's sandwiches. That was a small triumph.

When I got home I chatted with the man who was the source of my depression yesterday. I just finished a grapefruit blended drink, just blending the grapefruit with some pomegranate juice.

I'm going to go now and find my proteus mind machine and sit quietly for a few minutes before I go to the healthfood store. BTW, my face keeps clearing up so I really have to find a way to upload my pics to my ibook. Laters everyone!
