Date: 4/2/2005 4:21:09 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1842 times My fasting friday was a SUCCESS!!! I am so happy. I took a 64 oz. Rubbermaid juice container and put eight ounces of aloes, an ounce of wheatgrass and an ounce spirulina powder with powdered myrrh in there. Juiced two grapefruits and two lemons and drank that all day yesterday. I passed my exams too so I AM HAPPY!!!
I was awakened by a very importune phone call so I broke my fast with some crackers and tea to get myself back to sleep. Not raw and not vegan but I'm sufficiently tired now :D Tomorrow I'm going shopping for more stuff. I just wasn't in the mood to juice anything at three in the morning but my nose is running now so!
I feel great. I feel so energized. I started to imagine myself pregnant and having children. That has never happened to me before. I have very strong beliefs about birth control and women having children, but I've never really felt it down to my bones. Now I can imagine myself being a wife and mother. Eating well is helping me be celibate too. I heard from so many women that when you become sexually active you want sex all the time. This isn't exactly true. I will admit that there are times I wish I was married because when you are ingesting fresh,healthy food, I don't know about you but I get super horny and want to have babies *LOL*
