umm the supreme protector capsules also have Schizandra in them.
it does not list it online, but does on side of bottle.
the super adaptogen has alot of great stuff in it,.
including lycium and schizandra.
i was advised to take these at night before sleep
since they have a calming effect
and also will work best while asleep
and your body is rejuvenating itself,
click on super adaptogen, then on each herb picture
to get herbal info.
i am only starting with one capsule a day/ in evenings
since i am doing so many other changes in my updates 2005.
another item i am adding to my intake is maca powder,
which is bitter but i am sprinkling it over food,
with my pau d'arco powder, and ground flaxseed, and rice bran
plus a sprinkle of super food, or the tonic alchemy
will add more as i find time,
at least this gives youa few things to think about
