Vit. C crystals Energy Dreams
my experiences as I begin using Vitamin C Crystals, following plan Owen has shared with me to help guide me based on his years of experience in using the crystals.

my update: vit C plus insight tapes.
since Feb 20 2005
well I am still taking about 5000 mgs a day
1/4 tsp =1000 mgs.
have been doing this what? about 10 days now?
I started with about 3000-3500 I think and then a few days later
went to 4000.
I had alot of gas for 1st several days and some flush reactions ..
(very mild.)
but I had been getting a bit dehydrated
so I think that might have just been from rehydrating myself,
also some other thingss I am doing spiritually
which as I release old blockages,
it also releases physical stuff too ..
we all know they are very linked.
I upped my doseage to 5000 a day the past couple days..sometimes close to 6000.
I have been using the Insight and focus tapes every day and night.
what I have noticed... I am sleeping the best sleep of my life.
I have been better able to focus on what I am doing,
and finding new ways to solutions far better
than what I had originally made plans to do.
when I skip doing the focus ones,
I find i am more easily distracted again...
altho , I have been employing another technique as well
to help me stay focused which is a spiritual endeavor.
I have noticed I am much more calm
in my body, relaxed (physically ).
I am achieving a greater degree of anticipating
good things ahead, and envisioning new goals
I had not really even considered in my goals of even 10 days ago!
I feel great, been going out the door down the steps,
and down to mailbox,(by the street)
and back up the steps with no problem.
before, even this was hard.(emotionally +physically )
my legs feel like they are getting stronger
and my energy is definitely growing.
I am completely loving these extra boosts in my health.
and can already see where long term use will only get better.
Can't wait til spring... maybe I will be able to jump rope even
(slowly ) again 8)
I feel strong.. I think I will go do some spinning happily...
