Drinking to Thirst
One thing I can say for certain is that it makes the fast much easier in that food does not even cross my mind as a thought.

Dry fasting is exciting to me. As curious as I am, I am only comfortable in dipping into the shallows of the practice at this point. Between research and personal experience, I am far to limited to speak on the subject with the experience of someone who is more experienced.
I mentioned previously that in see no value in de-mineralization at any time, especially fasting. I also believe a beginning faster usually does not know how to properly re-mineralize. This can take a bit of study and self experimenting. The bottom line is the purified stripped water we drink continues to de-mineralize and that should be our mineral gold mine.
To many, not eating food every day is not healthy. That is fine for them to believe. It does not make them right.
So water is an interesting one. In my self made image I am likening humans to a plant, though I know this image is not entirely accurate. A plant needs water, but not too much or too little. In a human, we can function with less or more water than what we may call idea. So now the question becomes, what happens when less or more water is introduced - on both sides.
The prospects are promising. In my initial experience, there too rests excitement and many questions.
One thing I can say for certain is that it makes the fast much easier in that food does not even cross my mind as a thought. I have never gone through only 4-8 hours or whatever only thinking of a lemon and cayenne cold perrier.
I have a lot to learn or perhaps not learn, but I am excited to continue.
