I smell different. O_o! (Detox symtoms)
An observation of how parasitic die-off in my body during detox might give a direct insight into the issues of type 1 diabetics..

Today has been.. well, downright different. I have had brain-fog all day, and I've learned something new about detoxification and blood sugar levels.
I have been feeling better whenever I avoid grain foods. I really feel ick when my blood sugar levels are above 4.7 (normal being 4-7 for a diabetic, and 4-5.0 for a non-diabetic).
My head has been cloudy and hard to think with for the past day or so, and it's been hard to get my blood sugar down to normal today. I've been sticking to water most of the day, other than rose hip powder, and that's nice and fiberous, so has probably been contributing to my highish levels. I had an egg-flush this morning, of two free-range yolks, some orange juice, and some cod liver oil, and it surprisingly enough tasted quite fine. :)
My head first started to clear after some of my apple butter- it has ALA (alpha liopic acid), vitamin C (sodium ascorbate), and simple applygoodstuff in it. Just two teaspoons and I could think a little clearer, though my bloodsugar was finally hitting that good level again, too. ;)
And.. and I niacin-flush way too easily. Just a tiny bit and my head and my face- heck, everything upper-body goes throbby and gently stings. It's not as much itchy as just generally burny, and without adequate magnesium, my blood sugar stays at a steady high level.
Niacin is a strong anti-fungal. I used to think that b-vitamins would send my blood sugars high because of them being a variety of carbohydrate, but there's another part of me that thinks.. Just maybe the die-off of unwanted fungals is what drives my insulin requirements higher while using them?
I keep smelling low levels of what I associate with smega. I nose around for the source of the scent, but it could be.. It could be that I have a bit of fungal issues from long ago from sexua| interactions. It could simply be fungal dieoff from in my skin.
Is it such that funguses (yeasts) help drive our needs for simple glucose in the blood by dieing off after completing their activity (after a reproductive cycle) and releasing their sugar alcohols into the body? That would account for a lot.
Mind you, I'm chelating and detoxing because I have a resident mercury issue from dental amalgams, and need amalgam replacement as soon as possible, but that's something I'm already working on. Heavy metal issues in the body help make it an easier place for funguses to live! It depletes glutathione levels in the blood, and glutathione's what we need to keep the body clean of funguses, viruses, and unwanted bacteriae..
And all the bity bumpy bits that don't elsewise belong in there.
Very interesting. Pray for me, if you're a person of faith, please. :)
