Magnesium hydroxide and Acai/blue berries (scandanavian)
Magnesium and antioxidants are balancing out the blood sugar control story, it seems I have an unexpected purification process going on. I still hold strongly to the fact that this is a supernatural act, and not one of my own making!

Since starting the tablets I bought three days ago, I've had a very metallic taste on the tongue, now very reduced when on D3 supplementation on the side. It's been 600 mg of Magnesiumhydroxide in a slow-release tablet on the first day, and then 300 mg the second day, with D3 supplementation of 50,000 iu for a booster dose. Today has been 400mg magnesium from my multivtamin tablet (with herbal mix) that includes the helper nutrients, and 20,000 iu D3, which is to be my daily dose for winter months. The metallic flavor is not showing itself any more, but I have a light feeling of almost.. magnetivity in my skin. A gentle burning at this moment or that, and slight headache here and there. The gentle sunburn feeling is most concentrated at the back/lower part of my head, and reportedly one of the benefits of magnesium is dilated blood vessels.
My skin bleeds a bit easier currently (type 1 diabetic, have to prick regularly for blood glucose testing), and my blood's a much, much more red/crimson color than normal. Usually it is very dark, and flows slower.
I think it may take a few months for my skin and blood vessels to adjust and regenerate against the new nutrients. Extra sensitivity might simply be from beginning from a poor state of health. The increased bloodflow feels very weird, and I want to be careful not to overdo it on the magnesium.. the supplementation is vital though, as both magnesium and D3 deficiency are indicated in Diabetes.

I use magnesium malate that seems to be better. If I find the post back I will link it.

Mmh :)
A friend pointed out to me that they use oxygen therapy to cleanse a person every now and then. And the D3 dosage that I'm on.. Well, I can confirm that even though the magnesium formulation is inorganic, every ounce of it is being used up. I've had blood as red as a neon stop sign, and I took care of the light headaches and issues yesterday by buying some acai-berry decaf tea.
I had a message or little vision in prayer a few weeks ago when I was a little down in the dumps, of blueberries being poured out by the dozens on a table, with the little thunk-thunk sounds and all.
As soon as I had the tea, about twenty minutes later, I got the feeling as if someone was squeezing my muscles like crazy! Especially the arm I was leaning on while resting on the couch. The excess oxygen molecules were being sapped up into my muscles by the antioxidants.
So.. Actually I believe I'll stay on magnesium hydroxide. I went and bought more of the tea as soon as I realized how good it was, and well.. what can I say? My bloodsugar has barely ever been this good.

Current status: Day 22 of cure experiment. Very little appetite, have experienced for the first time what it is to be tipsy/happy drunk. Drunkeness is a naturally-occuring low blood sugar, followed by a high blood sugar as the liver sucks up magnesium resources to digest the broken-down alcohol. Alcohol is fermented sugars, chemically changed by decomposition processes.
My experience had no relation to alcohol, but a simple first experience of a high dose of antioxidants on top of good magnesium levels.
My treatment is wrapped up with faith and christianity- I cannot separate the two. It's simply a supernatural thing for me, and I'm loving it. It's personal and wonderful, and I am learning to love Jesus better every step of the way.
