Onset of Diabetes symptoms returning EDIT: Related to Oxepax
When I ate high-carb foods again last night, I started having very high blood sugars. It is the same flu-like feeling from when I got diabetes... .... because I have been taking Oxepaxam, which can give drug-using withdrawl symptoms.

It's like I've turned the clock back on my condition, and I am experiencing all the same signs that surrounded my onset of diabetes. Besides the immediate effect of the first few nights of D3, my insulin sensitivity has gone up between 30-50%, and my blood sugar falls much easier following exersice.
However, I am on a high-protien, low-carb diet. If I switch off it now, I will shut down my kidneys because of the effects of the heavy amounts of D3 going through them. The diet I am on is used for kidney patients, and in fact very easy to calculate and bolus for using my insulin pump.
The improvement of my sleeplessness and depression was immediate, but I must be very, very careful of bread carbohydrates, sugars, and unhealthy-fats foods right now.
I am periodically calling my endocrinologists' secretary's number right now, so that I can give him an update on what's going on.
I hope he can forgive me of course for acting without warning first, but I acted in the midst of sleeplessness, and it was indeed an irrational step to take- for a doctor.
This treatment can be VERY dangerous for a diabetic, and -MUST- not be started on without the help of one's doctor, or else you'll put yourself in SEVERE danger.
The sun is our metabolic regulator in natural settings, and the modern lifestyle indoors removes us entirely from it. Address stress factors deplete the D3 levels further in the body, and a swinging metabolisim and low protien intake is the precursor to all the diseases listed under http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/research.shtml
----EDIT---
Moodswings are related to another mood-levelling drug I've been on, called Oxepaxam. Look at the next blog entry for info.
-----------
My mood swings have been heavy since starting on D3. This is not something to play with. You CAN cure many things through a proper diet, exercise and D3 supplementation, but it is a SERIOUS game.
Without the support of a likeminded, warm group of supporters, your spirit will be subject to terrible levels of moodswings, and your recovery will be hampered by mental stress if you play with D3.
I found incredible support, love and care in my own holy-spirit-aware church, and a wealth of feedback when I spoke about everything that I have been experiencing. Many times through this self-experiment I have lost hope and cried heavily, because with blood sugars over 6-7 mmol/L I got emotional swings in the depressive/sleepy/dizzy arena. Below 3-4 mmol/L, were classic low-bloodsugar symptoms, and racing thoughts/fear.
The current healing diet regime:
trail mix of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, all nuts, especially macadamia nuts, dried berries, like cranberries.
Fish at nearly every meal before anything else, and fruits and vegetables. Snackings on vegetables, and the trail mix when I feel a low coming on.
