Mercury and type 1 diabetes, simple truth ()
Again the fact that dental amalgam fillings do damage rises up to haunt me. There were several factors conspiring against my health, and here they are.

1) Sunlight deprivation

D3, formed in the skin in sunlight, forms one of the most powerful aspects of the immune system. It's the basis for the healthy reproduction and aptosis of cells throughout the human body, and is a powerful regulator of the human immune system.
2) Carbohydrate overload and alloxan
A diet high in carbohydrates and low in the nutrients found in fruits, vegetables and lean meats helped overload my system against attack. Alloxan is a chemical that was used for a long time in refining white flour in the states, and that's where I grew up- I had a very normal american diet! There was attack #2 on my immune system.

3) Secondhand smoke
Toxic smoke from cigarettes has many, many effects on the body, and one of them is simply glucose intolerance. It effects each person exposed differently though, according to their body chemistry, DNA and issues:

4) Dental amalgam
Amalgam is a mix of up to 60% mercury, that when present in the mouth releases mercury vapor due to the changes in PH-level during the first stages of the digestive process- chewing and producing saliva. The mercury has serious effects on the body, both in the brain, bones, immune system and digestive system. In the pancreas it functions to both effectively block insulin production and the proper function of new beta-cells- most type 1 diabetics still have their own beta cells. I have 0.18 myself (european measurement), but a LOT of fillings that are going to take time to remove.

5) Stress:
Children and adults need support against stress. We all desire loving, caring interactions with eachother, and the number one thing one can do to up their immune system, life and joy, is laughing, sharing, caring, and investing oneself into God's word and life. The world teaches us that we are insignifigant, small, have to fight to survive (survival of the fittest sound familiar?) and that we are not worthy of any love unless we earn it ourselves.
The truth? We are all fearfully and wonderfully made, more intricate than the most complicated machines and more enjoyable than the fanciest gadgets or games the world can produce. God made us for a full and fulfilling relationship with Him, and I'm learning currently what it means to be following and full in love from Him.

God bless all of you, and please, if you pray, pray for me for freedom from my fillings! I've for a long time felt lost and unable to writhe free of a burden of depression, and I can say, simply, that God doesn't have it in His heart for me to struggle in my brain and health any longer with chemical-induced confusion, unexplainable anxiety and continual seriousness, but simple health, joy, peace and love.
Thank you <3
