Executive Orders and the Federal Government

There are limits implied in this definition of EOs.

for additional information in understanding that “The White House Rural Council” EO (that President Obama signed on June 9, 2011) can only apply on a Federal level and in Federal areas. Federal areas primarily include Washington, DC and the territories owned by the United States. There may be federal lands and or property within the states but they have boundaries to them!

Realize that we the American people need to understand the limits of anything "Federal" and that "Federal" is essentially foreign to the American people who are living in the several states (not Federal "States" aka territories).
Do you live in a Federal Territory? If not then how can an executive order pertain to your community and/or your county? Think about this! Did the Constitution not say that "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion ..."? Do you know what a "Republican Form of Government" is? Having that understanding is crucial now! In any case I can tell you that your "Republican Form of Government" does not in any way include a foreign government like the United Nations or "Executive Orders" that exclusively pertain to the Federal Government!

April 12, 2019 - More "Republican in Form (and Style) of Government" -
The idea of a Government "Republican in Form and Style" is a very serious and diametric departure from the rest of the world's democracies and republics to which all peoples of the World are subject and long been accustomed; in that it is not a "corporate representative" direct flow scheme. This is because the flow of government is variable, as in alternating current - parallel to that found in every natural family unit. It is a very unique "plenary" (fully attended by all qualified members) style at each Deputy level - from the local, to the Colony, to the National and back to local - each of which serves as a "check & balance" against each other Deputy level. In this sense, what the Deputy does unto all others from his temporary official permanent seat, he also does to himself and his posterity. The People, of course, are the final "check" against their Deputies, at an election, and by a jury of peers, or a collective immediate action using the Petition/Referendum method chosen by the People collectively (such as the United People System).
However, the most important and primary "check" against the "natural known manly corporate enemies from within" is to implement the FORM of the Instrumentations of Government described as "Republican in Form". Thus, the Style (Operation) is completely defined and contained in "One Single Statute (A Declaration)". This explains why the American framers never related to their frameworks of the individual Colonies already in place, and their later "Perfected" National framework, as "constitutions" in their original writings. Not even most Americans are aware of the important fact that this has been cleverly and systematically withheld from them, among other important American historical facts, by their controlled schools. This Form (written framework) will perpetually defend the intended "National Republican Style" of the government.
Present generations of posterity, as in the past, erroneously refer to these governmental instruments as "Constitutions". This is because that is what has been allowed to systematically happen within a functionally illiterate society established by the corporate dominance over our Schools, Churches, and public media.
The original "new and untried" American Colonial form and style of government, introduced to the rest of the "Candid World" in 1776, is the only government in history that is defined by a Latin feminine-gender- plural Term: Republican. This was obvious because of the plural flow of government extended to and from all of the People.
Remember that in this case "The People" of the original United American Colonies ARE THE STATES, individually, as well as "United". They act collectively via their appointed temporary Deputies, in a method duly authorized, for the purposes set forth in their "Declarations" - not corporate constitutions.
The official American Government was manned by Deputies at the individual Colonial level as well as at the new Perfected National Supreme Republican level. It was originally described as The Supreme Law of the People, combined with the Colonial and local levels, NOT of the Land (culture).[7]

This Blog author recognizes this "flow of government" as a toroidal flow. The RE3-D presented by this author two months ago[8] is a microcosm of the feedback loop described in the above as "from the local, to the Colony, to the National and back to local." An awesome validation of great minds that think alike. Therefore we the people can begin to practice "the feedback loop" form of complete communication "in every natural family unit".
