"Color of Law"
An Offer By The FBI
Date: 6/26/2011 12:50:53 AM ( 13 y ) ... viewed 2071 times There are numerous injuries made upon the American people by public officials who appear to be acting in their official capacity but who have exceeded their lawful authority. These injuries include (but are not limited to) the use of excessive force, takings of property and arresting/incarcerating of individuals without properly issued warrants and more. These are acts committed under the "color of law". These injuries can be responded to and apparently the FBI may assist in the responding process.

" Thanks to Dave C. for this excellent little rundown on what the FBI is supposed to do when persons use their status as a Public Official to injure you by 'color of law'. You can rely on this info as binding on them because they offered it on their website. You can accept their offer conditionally to assure that their assistance in resolution and/or compensation of injuries done to you does not involve any waiver of your Creator endowed rights, etc., etc. Now you have a contract, and contract = law, right?"
