Day 7 30 day water fast

I am feeling good this morning. Started drinking more water which is helping. Trying to get in 6-10 12 ounce glasses everyday now. Dark urine is a sign of dehydration. Since I'm not having carbs or sugars to retain water,the more water the better to prevent that.
I've lost about 20lbs and I can't believe the difference 20lbs has made. I look so much better in my clothes. Stomach is much flatter, skin is smooth and glowing! Double chin is going away! lol
I think my last week of the fast I'm going to juice and exercise. I've heard some horror stories of people who water fast and gain 9lbs in 1 day after eating. So I'm going to Juice earlier portion of the week and then fruit and veggies toward the end to help stabilize my metabolism. For Juicer's out there, I make this berry fruit smoothie which is delicious. If you would like to try it, the recipe is simple.
Freeze strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, and/or blackberries. The morning of, take them out to thaw alittle. Juice fresh apples. mix the berries with the apple juice in a blender/food processor add a little water. It taste great and full of antioxidents!
