The bad breath was in full effect on my second day. My breath was so bad I could taste that nasty metallic metal. I had the white coated tongue and most of day I slept in. I slept at least 15 hours during the day and still got like 5 hours of sleep that night. Today is my third day and because I slept so long yesterday I got up early to study for my final today. My journey.
My first day fasting was super easy. I am 22 years old and is morbidly obese. I have fasted in the past but I was not confident in myself to believe I could actually make it to 90 days. My longest fast in the past was 30 days. I started my fast on the 4 of December 2017. I did not work out my first day because I am in college and my campus is in the city where you have to do a lot of walking. I refuse to weight myself.
